CANCELATION POLICY
At Legacy Barbershop & Hair Salon, our personal and professional income is based upon the services provided to our clients . We do our best to provide excellent service and consistency every time . We expect the same in return from our clients. We ask that you do your best to keep any appointment that you have with us . We understand that circumstances may arise that will require a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we have implemented the following policies :
A 24 hour advance notice is required for any cancellation . The online booking app will allow you to cancel . Failure to cancel in the required time frame will result in your card being charged 50% of the scheduled service . NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service scheduled .
Late appointments will only be given a 15 min window before being charged as a NO SHOW. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
You will be required to use a card to reserve your appointment. The card will NOT be charged until after your services are completed, or if you fail to cancel in the proper time .
We DO NOT give refunds . You have a 48 hour window to return to correct any problem you might have .
